Spice Rack turned Garden Shelf

Check out this little cutie!




This shelf was used for spices at one time.

Oops! I almost forgot to take the picture before I started painting!

I sanded it down and painted it white...


I decoupaged toile craft paper
to the top of the shelf using Mod Podge.


An old metal hardware plate was perfect. I painted it white, distressed it and screwed it on top of the toile.


I added a hook to the side to hold a small tool or scissors...



Adorable!
It can sit on a table or hang on the wall. 
A cute place to hold smaller garden needs.


Ready for the nice weather!

  9. ADORABLE! I have one of these that my girls are using as a shelf in their room. Since they're off to college . . . it might just disappear! LOVE the paper you used and the hook on the side! Great job!
