Vintage Pennants

Made from vintage upholstery tape...

Flags were cut from the tape and a drop of hot glue is in between the layers to secure them to the twine...

Cute little distressed clothes pins clip to the top...

And items of interest are hanging from the clips...

It adds a vintage look to my fan cover photo display...
