Paint Brush Cover Giveaway

Here is one of the coolest things since sliced bread!

I think this product is genius!
It is one of those "why didn't I think of that" products.

You might be like me...

I am someone who will start a project and for whatever reason,
I have to stop.
The phone, the kids, or just to let my project dry for a while...

I wrap up my brush in whatever piece of paper or plastic is
around and I come back later...
sometimes it is too much later and my brush has turned to a rock.
I ran across The Paintbrush Cover on Pinterest
and I ordered one

I could really use about 6 but I thought
I'd start out small to see if I liked it...

You can order yours too in a single pack
a three pack, or a ten pack!

They are also now available on QVC, you
can buy a 4 pack here.

As soon as I got it I put it to work...
and I was thrilled!

source

Really!

I came back a few hours later to a perfectly wet paint brush
that was ready to use... The cover snaps closed around the
brush and keeps it fresh and ready to use again!

Then another test... I left it for 2 days...
and again,
 it was still fresh!

I liked the product so much that I wrote to
company and asked them if I could
offer a giveaway to my readers....

They kindly offered a giveaway of two 2packs of

If you are painting all the time like I am,

  4. Sounds like a great product! It would save me miles of saran wrap ;-) I need to finish painting the window trim in my girls' room. It's NOT an exciting painting job!

  5. This is a fantastic idea and I could certainly put to good use right now. I too, have tried every method out there to keep my brushes from drying out from wrapping mine in saran wrap and depending on how many days of using.... the freezer. None work the same every time and then I spend so much time just trying to clean my favorite brushes.

Already following you on Pinterest and love all the ideas!

  13. This is brilliant. I'm like you, I get torn away and I can't wash it and I'm not done so I waste a lot of chip brushes.

  14. WOW! What a FANTASTIC product! I bet they're not available in the UK? I do hope that I'm still eligible for the giveaway, as these sound perfect to me as I do a LOT of painting and can't tell you how frustrated I get by constantly faffing around wrapping my brushes in cling film every time I need to take a break or get interrupted, I truly hate that stuff as it always clings where I don't want it to. Grrrr!

  18. Sometimes the simplest things are the most awesome. Boy would these covers be a help. I often don't start things because I know I don't have enough time to finish in that first block of time.

  19. I would love to try it!
I recently ruined my Purdy brush by putting it in the freezer (wrapped in plastic).

  23. Incredible idea!!! I work on the Grad Nite and my sons' high school and we are painting fools all year round. We usually have to wrap the brushes in plastic so that they are not ruined and so that we can use them again. This would be FANTASTIC!!

  24. Well it sure beats the plastic lunch baggie I use.
