Repurposed Bathroom Accessories
A thrift store run gave me an idea for bathroom
accessories today.
I'm trying out the new
Americana DecoArt Chalky Paint today...
They have an array of gorgeous colors.
I'm using the beautiful color called Lace
on this project which is a creamy off white color.
It is a great color to get that vintage look we all love.
It went on smoothly and covered in just a couple of coats.
I didn't find it necessary to sand in between coats
for this project, it gave me a smooth coat with no lumps.
I applied the bathroom designs from Graphics Fairy.
When the transfer was finished I coated the pieces with
This varnish it's a matte finish and I love that!
The wooden bathroom accessories came out great!
This is how I hang my brushes in my bathroom...
they are always within reach!
The new DecoArt chalky paint and varnish finish worked great, was easy to use, and the best part is
that it cleans up easily with soap and water!
