A Quilted Bench

I ran across some great legs in someone's trash...

I knew one day I would know just what to use them for and today's the day...

I gave the great legs a coat of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint
in Pure White then distressed the edges and clear waxed the piece.

There was no top so I had to create one.... Using a piece of
plywood I cut a piece to fit the top of the bench.

And using a piece from an old quilted table runner
I cut a piece to fit the plywood. I stapled the runner all the way around then attached it to the leg base with L brackets.

The bench looks awesome... I knew those legs would
come in handy some day!
