Distressed Outdoor Garden Sign

As you know if you've been following Homeroad for a while... I love making signs!

I printed the word GARDEN on my computer. You can see my tip on how I save computer ink here. 

I hand painted the word with white MudPaint, then shadowed the letters using black paint.

 When the paint dried I gave the sign a good sanding using a sanding block.

I coated the sign with a waterproof sealer and added 2 "D" rings to the back for hanging.
