Gold Leaf Bottle Brush Dollar Store Ornament
You wouldn't believe where this frame ornament began...
The dollar section at Michael's left me with a cart full of beautiful gold leaf frames.
By the way, they come in silver leaf too!
Each one was about a dollar and already had the beautiful gold leaf finish and the grosgrain ribbon at the top.
A few more supplies from my craft room...
German glass glass glitter, sparkles, silver gilding wax, greenery, tiny stained clothespins, and bottle brush trees and I was ready to create.
Using hot glue I attached the bottle brush trees and the greenery.
I added German glass Glitter and a bow to complete a tiny vignette in the corner of the frame.
I wish you could see how they really sparkle!
I added a clothespin to the ribbon at the top and old book page paper to the inside of the frame.
Wrap it in a cello bag and this cute little gift is good to give!
