Playing With Books

A friend told me about this book and I knew I'd love it
because last year I made one of these for my
desk in the library...



(These are not my photos but this is exactly what mine looked like.)

 I found vase sculptures just
like these in this book!


Today I'm trying another project from the book, it's such an easyand necessary thing for my desk!
I started out with a base, any piece of wood or flat dish will work.



Then I found an old, yellowed book and 
folded every page in half.


Glue it to the base...



And that's it, just fill it with all the little 
papers that clutter up your desk!

  1. I love your new project. Saw something simalar around Christmas for cards. I didn't know what I would do with it after Christmas...but this is even better! Looks like a fun book...I will have to add it to my wish list!
