Where Bloggers Create - Homeroad

10:11:00 PM

I am sharing my creative space today at....

 I'm Susan

and I'm the creator of Homeroad...

I'm a wife and the mother of 4 daughters...
my girls range in age from 12 to 23!

In my spare time, I'm a pre-school teacher....

I've been creating all my life. I began working on Homeroad less than a year ago and I'm excited that it has become a place that journals my projects and lets me be an inspiration to others.

My blogging style is simple and direct.
I try to display great pictures and instructions that
are easy to follow.

I do a little bit of everything at Homeroad:
 up-cycling, junking, thrifting, painting,
designing, sewing, crafting building.

Here are a few of my favorite projects:

And here's where it all happens...

  1. I love all your storage, Susan! Everything looks neat and organized yet it becomes part of the decor. You've done so many great projects; I love the chicken wire screen and the Ikea cart. You're so lucky to have a nice size space like that. I'm hoping for one of my own soon.

  2. Hi Susan,
I loved the tour of "where it all happens". You have a beautiful, organized space and I always love seeing the fabulous projects that come out of it. I love the chicken wire screen but the fan cover display is still one of my favorites!

  3. How much do I love that your newest BFF isn't the typical girl's BFF? I own more hammers than my husband, and have a huge toolbox full of files and punches and cutting things. LOVE.

I think your girls are awesomely cute!

I hope you'll have time to visit my spaces...
