Repurposing a Found Bread Box in Farmhouse Style

I just got my hands on this awesome old bread box.

It used to be another color but some where along the way someone painted it black... and it was a little rusty.

So a little sanding with a wire brush,
and a quick spritz of white spray paint.

A little paint made this a great bread box for the kitchen counter.

The top shelf is for hiding snacks.

and the bottom shelf is for bread.

A great find and it keeps the clutter on the
counter to a minimum!
