Vintage Dust Pan

It started out looking like this....


but that my friends is where the ugliness ended!

Sometimes the fun is in just finding a
 silly little thing and making it look better...

Today I painted both the brush and the 
dust pan with chalk paint...

I transferred an image from the 
using Modge Podge.

Now this little dust pan is adorable and 
anyone would be proud to use it to sweep away crumbs 
on their dinner table.
