I was intrigued by this recipe for
Cranberry Relish I did not however have the Packaged Mulling Spice that Susan used in her recipe.
so I did the next best thing, I Googled how to make my own....
*ground allspice
I added 1/4 cup of homemade
Mulling Spice to a 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple and a 14 oz. can of whole cranberry and 1/2 cup of crushed pecans (as per Susan's recipe)
I mixed it all together and believe me...
IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! I can't wait to serve it on
