Nailhead Memo Board

A simple knock-off project...

I loved the simple memo board with nailhead trim from
the Ballard catalog...

I began my knock-off with 4 pieces of heavy cardboard and wrapped it with painters cloth.
White nailheads were evenly spaced along the edges...
(experience note: be careful you don't damage the paint on the nailheads!)

I added a rosette and a little metal sign for decoration...

and added a ribbon to hang the board...

Thanks for the inspiration Ballard!

  7. This is gorgeous! And what a lovely way to lighten up the traditional burlap bulletin board! Your added bling on the side is perfect.

I shared this on FJI Facebook and pinned it for SNS 114. :)
