White Hutch Topper

The top piece to an old dresser caught my
eye as I drove by a pile of junk on the side of the road.

I thought it would make the perfect hutch top for
this piece I painted a while back.

I painted the top white with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint
then gave it a coat of clear wax.

The wooden top is a great compliment to the marble base.

Putting another side-of-the-road find to good use!

  8. It fit right one there. When I need something that has to fit I can't even find it at the store and you spotted it on the side of the road.

  12. Wow, I never even see anything out on trash day except the trash containers and the gargage bags sitting beside them because they won't fit inside. What a great find. Were you able to rescue anything else from the pile? Great work!
