Old Broken Chair... Now a Ladder

8:10:00 PM

My old chair finally saw it's last year
as a decorative piece in my garden.

It broke right down the middle, split into 2 sides...

Now you know... I couldn't
throw away those nice weathered pieces!
That would be a waste....

So I flipped them one on top of the other,
(the red and blue below shows how they are flipped and attached to each other)

screwed the 2 pieces together, wrapped them with twine...

and turn them into an awesome weathered ladder.

Lately, I found that it makes a great stake
for tomato plants too!

Because here are my tomatoes today!

And they're lovin' that chair ladder!

It would be awesome anyplace in the garden!

Not bad a bad gig for a chair I almost threw out...

  25. This is an ingenious solution. Practically, the chair had its second life in nature. Well done on this idea.
