Make an Easy DIY Vintage Banner

Pennant flags to decorate your home.

vintage looking garland with tiny clothespins

These were made from vintage upholstery tape.

roll of upholstery tape

I cut flag shapes from the tape and put a drop of hot glue in between the layers to secure the flags to twine.

Cute little aged clothes pins clip to the top for decoration.

I added items of interest, vintage clip art, and old photos to the clips.
