Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

7:22:00 PM

If you know me you know that I don't like to cook...

I sure do like to bake!
and here is the only thing better
 than Banana Bread...

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

3-4 ripe bananas mashed
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg

Mash the bananas, add the melted butter
Beat in egg, add vanilla
Mix well.
Add the sugar, salt, and the baking soda
Mix in the flour
Add 3/4 c. chocolate chips
(I use a mixture of mini and regular chips)

Pour into a loaf pan

Bake for 60 minutes
at 350 degrees

Let cool and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream...

Hey, what's a few more calories??
