Created from an old washboard with 
barrel strapping for the handle.

The perfect size for holding clothespins...


Looks like it came right off the shelf 
in an old mercantile...

    Barrel strapping. Who but you thinks to use barrel strapping as a handle. It is perfect for that bin.
