Thrift Store Trees in Beautiful Urns

A great tree and a beautiful urn
was my thrift store treasure today.

The little tree was a pretty one...

The trunk was wrapped in a vintage plaid fabric which I removed only to find a wooden stump as the base.

I loved the simpleness of this base but I had other plans for this tree...

While I was shopping I also bought an inexpensive white urn at the thrift store.

A little hot glue on the base of the tree and it fit right into the urn.

I used Spanish moss to cover the base of the tree.

The thrift store tree took on a whole new beautiful life for Christmas this year!
