Hot Chocolate Tote - A Great Gift!
Hot Chocolate Stations are all the rage!
But for someone with no counter space... it needs to be portable.
I tried... I organized a great coffee station in my kitchen but most of it was inside the drawer and not on top of the counter.
This one is compact, portable, and would make a great gift!
I used a vintage shoe shine box that already had
a great chippy red paint patina.
I added the words "hot chocolate" with silver vinyl using my Silhouette machine.
Large Ball jars filled with hot chocolate mix, marshmallows,
and candy canes fit perfectly in the tote.
I cut circles out of decorative paper to fit inside the lids.
Sprinkles, Hershey's Kisses, and a cinnamon stick add more yummy goodness..
A pretty checked bow to finish off the top of the tote.
The Hot Chocolate tote is perfect to store away when not in use and to bring out when you want a yummy cup of hot chocolate with all the trimmings!
The hot chocolate tote would make a great holiday gift too!

So cute! I'd love to receive this as a gift!
ReplyDeleteLove your hot chocolate tote, Susan! I love hot chocolate so this would be perfect for someone like me. I love how you could use it even if you have room for a hot chocolate bar because it keeps everything corralled neatly. I like that it would hold all my flavored hot chocolates (from Sam's Club) all together in one place and look cute doing so!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute Susan. Love it.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute gift idea!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this!!! I, too, am lacking space for a "station", but think it would be so fun for the kids. This is great. I love it as a gift idea too. Now.....to find a fun container to put it in.....

ReplyDeleteCould you measure the dimensions of the shoe shine box and post them? It looks easy enough to make! The size and chunkiness are ideal.
