How to Make Your Own Nautical Pillows
Beautiful nautical pillows.
From a package of clearance curtain panels.
They were inexpensive and they look like the same fabric as my Pottery Barn table runner.
But I'm not thinking grain sack today, I'm thinking nautical.
I whipped up a couple of envelope pillows which are only only 2 seams each!

When they were finished I stenciled on my favorite number.
And these cheap curtains are now 2 nautical pillow covers.
Perfect for the deck.
Ahoy!
Oh my goodness...I love this fabric and your pillows are perfect!

ReplyDeleteOh, I LOVE them! And what a great idea to keep your eyes out for clearance curtains! It seems like I'm constantly changing the covers for my couch pillows and have used all kinds of fabric and napkins, but never thought about curtains before. Great tip! They look great Susan!
ReplyDeleteYour pillows are awesome! I love getting deals at the Christmas Tree Shop, I didn't know they had them in New York.
ReplyDeleteVery nice idea you had there!
