Christmas Junkers United, A Vintage Sled, A Holiday Mantel and a Link Party!
It's Junkers United Round-up time again!
This time we are showing you our very
best Holiday ideas!
My Junkers United post this season is
a project and a Holiday mantel.
The sled is the project... dragged home by my
daughter one summer day, found in the trash of course.
It has a beautiful old patina, a little rust and just the right amount of vintage charm.
I painted the center boards on the sled white, distressed it, then added the words LET IT SNOW by making a stencil with my vinyl cutter.
I left the red sideboards as they were because they just couldn't get any better than that.
Along with a few of my favorite junky & rusty things...
and a ladder that you can read about here.

I created a beautiful Holiday mantel that can be left up into the snowy winter season.
