Rolling Wine Cart from a Disaster

10:24:00 PM

I am pretty sure that if this can be saved anything can!

People offer me furniture of all kinds and sometimes I take them just to see if I can possibly fix them. This is one of those pieces.

I'm adding affiliate links to the products I recommend at no additional cost to you.

I started out by removing hardware, filling holes, and sanding off chunks of old paint.

It was a pretty solid piece so I thought it might be worth the effort.

I painted the frame with chalky paint. They all work well but here is one I recommend

I removed all the drawers and created a shelf in the space at the top.

I painted the inside of the drawers in a soft yellow, you can choose a color to match your decor.

I added a wine rack to the space at the top and painted it to match the inside of the drawers.

The wine cart has castors on the bottom to easily move the cart from one place to another or to use as an end table for easy access to your wine.

I would say that over all this dresser is a darn good save!
