Last year I made these adorable
nautical hang tags for my Etsy Shop...
Just recently Deb, a friend of Homeroad, contacted
me and asked me if I had any left... she wanted them
for the tables at her son's rehearsal dinner.
Unfortunately driftwood is a little hard to come by
at the beach around here right now.
After emailing back and forth a few times, I suggested to Deb that I try using another kind of wood. I happen to have the
slats from a 100 year old oak barrel in my basement.
She asked me if it was possible to make 10 of them look
like buoys, and all a little different.
I cut up the slats and made a sample...
She loved it!
So I got to work making 10 buoy hang tags...
All a little different.
A few days later, off they went to hang on centerpieces for
her son's rehearsal dinner.
Happy Wedding Deb and thanks for
thinking of Homeroad for your custom order!
