Casserole Dish Basket

A great thrift store basket...

Painted with a coat of Annie Sloan chalk paint...

And an image printed in reverse, Mod Podged on,
and then rubbed off and waxed...
Downloaded from the

I had no idea when I found it in the thrift store but
it fits my Pyrex casserole dish perfectly!

Now when the casserole is finished there is a
beautiful bee design underneath!

  6. I hate when you do a project that I like, that I can do, and one I have what is needed. Cause then I have to add it to my list. And I have that same basket for a 9x13 pan.

  11. I can tell you why this basket fits you casserole dish. It originally came as a set with a casserole dish inside it. I know this because I own it. It was a gift to me about 20 years ago. I still have it and it is perfect for holding a hot casserole dish.
