Chalkboard Memo Board

A quickie memo board made from a vintage
green chalkboard and some twine...

I painted a circle and some wavy stamp marks onto the green chalkboard.... used rubber stamps to fill in the circle... and gave the whole board a wash of brown paint to give this old board even more of a vintage color...

I drilled holes into the frame to string the twine...

And it is ready or notes, photos, and chalk.

  3. This combines three things I would like in a chalkboard, the twine for hanging stuff, the chalkboard itself, and a graphic. Nice job.
