Galvanized Ampersand Wall Hooks

A store bought galvanized ampersand, a cutting board and a clip.

An easy project with a store bought ampersand and a thrifted cutting board.

I stained the cutting board with a dark walnut stain then screwed the galvanized steel ampersand to the board using the 2 holes already in the metal.

I left a space at the bottom to add the metal clip but on second thought I decided to add hooks instead.

I had 2 old faucet handles in my stash but they didn't match so I spray painted them with a galvanized steel colored spray paint....

Now they match and are perfect to add to the cutting board.

The finished project is a great place to hang keys or leashes at the front door.

Or with other galvanized wall decor.

This was an easy project that repurposed an old cutting board
and faucet handles giving them a new life.
