How to Create a Galvanized Steel Look Using Paint
I love the look of galvanized steel and today I'm creating
the look using paint.
I bought the letters at Michael's Craft Store, they have an aisle right now with many shapes and sizes.
I pounced on the first and second coats of paint using a bristle brush.
When the paint dries it keeps the textured look which mimics galvanized steel.
I stained a board with a dark stain then used a nail gun to attach the letters to the board. I filled the holes and dabbed a little more paint to cover the nail holes.
I'm thrilled with the look and I can't wait to use it on my next table top!
These came out great! I love the look of galvanized steel on anything!
