Repurposed Vintage Folding Chair Message Center
I've been a message center making machine lately...
I've been creating and selling them quickly.
This message center is made from a vintage folding chair.
Today I searched the garage for something that would work and I found a vintage folding chair.
I began by nailing it closed so it was permanently closed.
Next I added cork into the recessed part of the seat.
I attached a pre-made framed chalkboard to the top of the chair
and added antique hooks to hang keys, a reclaimed wood shelf, and clips for pictures, notes or coupons.
Now I'm adding a vintage chair to my repertoire of message centers and I love the look!
