Here is a quick and easy, last minute garland you can make for a little more than $2 from the Dollar Tree.  I was there today looking for some last minute stocking stuffers and I ran across a package of small silver ornaments... 

The ornament pack had about 15 little plastic silver ornaments for $1.25, yep, the new price at Dollar Tree!

I bought a roll of white sparkly ribbon and the package of ornaments because I had a great last minute craft idea. 
I pulled out all the ribbon on the roll and found the center. 



Next, I tied on one of the ornaments in the center.
