I just got the cutest bunny napkins from my friend and neighbor Kim today and I couldn't wait to use them. 
It's also the week before Easter so I better get busy making a project or the time to enjoy them for this year will be over.

Today I'm thinking about creating fun eggs.

I was inspired for this project by all the tin can projects out there lately. Problem was, I didn't have any cans! So I improvised and it turned out great! 

I found THE cutest advent calendar at Marshalls this week! 
Now ya know I've made a ton of my own advent calendars and frankly, my youngest daughter is nearly 24 and doesn't do the advent thing. 
But this was adorable and so one of a kind... I needed it! And I later saw a similar one at Target. 
So home it went with me but it didn't end there, I ended up turning it into a project (of course)!

Today's project was a complete experiment! I'm experimenting with things I had around the house and I was curious if this technique would work on burlap. 
If you know how to decoupage with napkins then you're ahead of the game! There are many different ways to do this technique, I'll show you the easiest! 
Grab some burlap, paper napkins and glue...

Here is how I gave a vintage crate a little Irish! First I began with a vintage Breakstone's cream cheese box I had laying around. 
Not a bad thing since this crate was found in a dumpster, was damaged and I had to glue it back together. 
I wanted to decoupage this pretty green plaid fabric onto one side of the crate.

I used Fusion Ultra Grip and painted on 2 coats to the side of the crate. 
A little bit of this product goes a long way!
I let each layer dry in between coats.  When the Ultra Grip coats were dry I cut a piece of fabric the size I needed. 
Then using an iron with a piece of parchment paper over the fabric, I ironed the fabric to the box.  If you haven't tried this decoupage technique, you should! 
The fabric, paper, tissue paper, or card stock sticks like crazy with no wrinkle…

A side table created from found pieces looks amazing!

I found this large pumpkin at the thrift store for $1.00. It was cute already but with one simple fix I like it even better!

A fun project this morning that doesn't require many supplies and looks amazing if you're a lover of distressed signs.

All you need for this one is some card stock, a printer, and a piece of cardboard or chip board to create the cutest little tree farm sign to hang anywhere! It's hard to believe you can get such a realistic rusty sign from the printer!
