Easy Christmas Inspiration

Just in case you've missed anything Christmas going on at Homeroad I've created a photo look back at what I was up to this month.

These bottle brush trees were all got a makeover with a new base from my workshop bins.

These cuties were a happy accident. While working on another project I spied 2 brushes in a box just waiting for a Christmas makeover!

This is our Christmas tree this year. Flocked and fabulous and the new puppy loves the ornaments on the bottom! 😂

Dollar Tree ornaments got a makeover with a new bottle brush tree and a ribbon!

This antique tilt mirror from a church fair makes a great Christmas decoration with bells that can be repurposed again after Christmas.

Making dollar store ornaments look amazing is easy with these quick and easy steps to a mercury glass look.

These simple cardboard ornaments were made from paper towel tubes! The backpack basket was also a Homeroad DIY project!

These thrifted metal snowflake ornaments got a gilded makeover and made a beautiful garland!

Bell lovers... this one took 5 minutes! Another quick and easy rusty bell garland looks beautiful anywhere at Christmas time.

I made this easy scented wreath from dried oranges, cinnamon and easy cinnamon ornaments!

Bells again! This time they were made from soda cans! I kid you not and they look soooo real!

When you see a cute village of rustic houses but they are way out of your price range... you recreate a set for yourself!

Drop a bell in a wreath and you are ready to go!

And lastly, if you don't have a thick grapevine wreath, go make one! I grabbed old vines from the woods, soaked them in the bathtub then created a wreath I just love!
